Our friends over at LetsGoDigital.nl have posted a news item about a new Sanyo Xacti E6 digital camera that incorporates a 3-inch color LCD display. This super-slim camera features an internal 3x zoom with a new type of Touch Sensor shutter release autofocus system. Just touching the shutter release starts the AF to give the camera a 0.05 shutter lag time. The Xacti E6 has a 6-megapixel imager and also captures MPEG-4 video in VGA quality. It will be shown at the IFA 2005 show in Berlin in September.
